• Additional services (massage, personal chef, VIP Check-In Services, nanny, interim cleaning, etc.) provided or arranged by BeautifulPlaces’ Concierge at the tenant’s request;
• Excessive utilities usage;
• Long distance telephone calls;
• Excessive cleaning requirements at the end of the booking term;
• Anything not explicitly included under the terms of this agreement.
